This website and all of its contents—including beats, drum kits, sample packs, cover art, services, designs, branding, and written materials—are created, owned, and operated exclusively by SoloMadeIt. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to the following:

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, upload, or resell any part of this site or its content without a valid license or explicit written permission from SoloMadeIt.

• Free or demo versions of beats and kits are for non-commercial personal use only, unless otherwise specified.

• You may not use any content from this site to create or promote competing products or services.

• Unauthorized use—including uploading content to streaming platforms, YouTube, digital stores, or social media without a license—is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

Access to this site does not grant you ownership of any content. Purchasing a beat or product gives you specific rights based on the license you choose—not full ownership of the original work.

2. Beat Licensing

All beats sold come with a Standard Licensing Agreement unless otherwise noted.

Standard License Includes:

• Use for commercial or non-commercial purposes (up to 10,000 streams/sales)

• Distribution on platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

• One music video

• Non-exclusive rights

• Must credit as "Prod. by SoloMadeIt"

Prohibited:

• Reselling the beat as-is

• Claiming exclusive rights without purchase of such

• Using the beat in hate speech, violence, or illegal activity

Exclusive and premium licenses are available upon request.

3. Custom Services (Mixing, Mastering, etc.)

When you book a service with SoloMadeIt, you agree to the following terms:

• File Submission: You must provide high-quality, properly prepared audio files, preferably in WAV or AIFF format, with all stems clearly labeled and organized. Files that are low-quality, incomplete, or improperly formatted may cause delays or additional charges.

• Revisions: Each booked service includes up to 3 revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Revision requests should be clear and specific. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees, which will be communicated beforehand.

• Final Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final delivered product before any public release or distribution. Once approved, changes cannot be guaranteed without additional fees.

• Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days from receipt of your complete and properly prepared files. If there are delays or special requests, SoloMadeIt will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

• Communication: You agree to respond to messages and requests for clarification in a timely manner to avoid delays.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms, including Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App (via $solomadeit33), as well as other approved providers. Your transaction is protected with SSL encryption and fraud prevention measures to ensure maximum security.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Important: Orders are not considered confirmed or active until full payment has been received and verified. No files, licenses, or services will be delivered until payment is complete.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of beats and production services, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction)

• You never received the product or service, and no delivery or attempt was made

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Misuse of the beat or service

• Failure to download or open files

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to beats, graphics, visuals, cover art, audio files, logos, branding elements, and written materials—is the sole intellectual property of SoloMadeIt and is fully protected under U.S. copyright law and international copyright treaties.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, distribution, or manipulation of any content without express written permission will be considered copyright infringement and may result in immediate legal action.

Important:
Beats or content previously sent, previewed, or shared that have not been officially purchased and licensed remain the exclusive property of SoloMadeIt.
You do not have permission to upload, distribute, monetize, or use these beats in any public or commercial way without proper licensing.

SoloMadeIt reserves the right to resell, relicense, or modify any beat or asset that was not officially purchased. If you didn’t pay for it and get a license agreement, it’s not yours—period.

7. Termination of Access

SoloMadeIt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the website, services, or any associated accounts at any time—with or without notice—for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

• Harassment, threats, or disrespectful conduct toward SoloMadeIt or its customers

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the site's functionality or security

• Chargebacks or disputed payments deemed to be in bad faith

In cases of termination, you may lose access to purchased products, content, licenses, or services. SoloMadeIt is not liable for any loss resulting from such termination, and no refunds will be issued for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

SoloMadeIt shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—this site or its services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of income or business due to website errors, outages, slow load times, technical failures, or platform maintenance

• Corruption or loss of files caused by user error, misuse, incompatible software, or device failure

• Removal, takedown, or restriction of content by third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, or BeatStars) due to improper use of licensed materials

• Legal consequences that arise from your failure to adhere to license terms or the misuse of any content purchased from SoloMadeIt

All deals, agreements, or transactions must be documented in writing (either through the website, email, or verified messaging).

Verbal or undocumented agreements will not be honored. If it ain’t on paper, it ain’t official.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the content and services provided.

9.Privacy & Data Security
We deeply respect your privacy. Your personal information—such as your name, email, and contact details—will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

All payment details are handled securely through trusted third-party processors like Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App, using advanced encryption and fraud protection systems. We do not store any of your sensitive payment information on our servers.

Your data is only used to fulfill your order, provide customer support, and improve your overall experience.

10. Changes to Terms
